Evaluation
This program provides for a short assessment of an individual's vocational skills. Outcomes include defining a realistic vocational goal and identifying needed strategies and accommodations to enhance employability. Individuals learn about their vocational strengths and abilities and how to enter, rejoin and maintain success in the work force. After completing the program, which can be done either at TVS or in the community, an individual can be referred to any of the other programs, as appropriate to their needs.
