Rice pudding: It's a treat

Fox River's rice pudding hit the top-seller list on amazon.com this month, and we can see why. This stuff is quick, easy, tastes great and smells really, really good. One reviewer said it's "fragrant enough to sell a house." All you do is boil the water, empty the packet and wait 20 minutes. The whole cinnamon stick they throw in adds a nice touch. Though it's not the highest fiber rice you can eat, it has less than half the sodium (65mg) of comparable products. Other flavors, also tops on Amazon, include: Creole, Italian Arborio and Pepper & Herb. Cost is $19 for 6 (8-ounce) packages, available at amazon.com.
