TVS Inc. is interested in helping you - whether you need vocational training, or would like to know how to purchase our high quality, cost-saving services and products.

TVS trains and places good employees in businesses throughout western North Carolina. Our 4-step program provides:

Evaluation to identify strengths and talents
Work Training to teach good work habits and job placement skills
Job Coaching to help employee and employer during the transition into the workplace
Supported Employment for on-the-job training and long term support for both employee and employer

Studies show that for every $1 spent on such services, $8-$10 is returned to the community. Everyone benefits - from the employee to employer to product purchasers, distributors and consumers.
